My research interests focus on understanding the interplay between human, information, and technology, including theories and applications related to behaviour, business and social impact of IT. My research philosophy lies in conducting industry-relevant and methodologically rigorous research. My current research projects include IT-enabled business process transformation management and adaptive micro learning algorithm development for open education.
